Something completely different – Eastbourne Bootcamp!

Ok with a weekend off I popped down to Gildredge Park in Eastbourne yesterday morning to join the Eastbourne Bootcampers at their 0900 session.  I usually join in – but tend to prefer the Monday or Thursday evening sessions …. I located Matt Shore who runs the bootcamp and is a personal trainer as well – www.total-fitness-personal-trainer.com back in September 2009.  I have been working with Matt on a weekly basis doing a variety of fitness routines including the kettlebells, weights and boxing – all of which I love.  Matt then started up the bootcamps at the end of 2009 and they have gone from strength to strength, come rain, snow or shine!  Everyone who attends gets on so well together and it really is good fun – despite the painful faces at times!!  I had promised to take some photos for Matt for a while for his website but wanted to post a few to mine as well as I think this is a wonderful way to get fit, loose weight, tone up and have fun – so come on girls and boys – give Matt a call before the wedding day!!
